Being a weekday, the museum was all but deserted. As it turns out, I really enjoyed walking around with the just the sound of my shoes on the gravel and dirt as company. Maybe I'll take up hiking.

Trains! Old Trains!
Today I took advantage of the one day this week when it hasn't been overcast or rainy and went to the Gold Coast Railroad Museum. It was really relieving to be in such a wide open space. It's hard to find that in this city, it seems.
Being a weekday, the museum was all but deserted. As it turns out, I really enjoyed walking around with the just the sound of my shoes on the gravel and dirt as company. Maybe I'll take up hiking.
